· Service Department to install Plexiglas covers to signboard.
· Service Department to add ‘Pack Out What You Pack In’ ‘Please, No Littering’ sign at parking lot.
· Service Department to add drain tile along pond trail.
· Service Department to add one trash can near parking lot.
· Service Department to add shortcut chip trail.
· Service Department to replace one dead tree along Wyscarver.
· Service Department to review wildflowers and pond/fish condition with recommended outside resources.
· Follow up on Boy Scout projects.
· Catherine and Bob to document history for signboard posting.
· Plan Fall Volunteer Day October 13th (20th if needed).
Additional topics:
· Bartlett Tree Experts would like to plant large oak tree in lower meadow as part of a 100 year business celebration (Steve Lake).
· Reconstruct original fire ring located in upper meadow for registered Evendale use.
· Other ideas.
